Main ingredients: Ca-zn organic complex. Based on high-grade fatty acid calcium and high-grade fatty acid zinc, compounded with high-performance heat-resistant additives and main and auxiliary antioxidants, etc., by special process.

Physical properties: Light yellow to white powdery appearance

Specific gravity: 1.1 ± 01

Features:

• Substituting OW-5200 for high transparent PVC products, no smell, no odor
• Better heat resistance and transparency than that of A-200P, excellent weather resistance and yellowing resistance at the later stage
• Excellent fluidity, easy to gel, finished products have good glossiness
• It has synergistic effect when used with epoxy compounds such as epoxy soybean oil
• Environmental protection, meet the requirements of ROHS, REACH, PAHS and NO-16P

Application: General for high transparent PVC plastic materials and products

1. Suitable for high transparent wire materials, such as LED light strips and audio cables, equivalent to replace some 5200 and 200P stabilizers

2. Suitable for all kinds of soft transparent toy materials and transparent soles, partially replacing methyl tin

Usage and dosage: For high transparent products, dosage is 1.0 ~ 1.8PHR / 100PHR resin

Packaging and storage: 25 kg paper-plastic composite bag packaging, store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, preferably use up within one year
